Andrew Hayek
President and Chief Executive Officer

Andrew serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of SCA. Prior to SCA, Andrew served as the President of a division of DaVita Inc., a $6 billion publicly traded renal dialysis company, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Healthcare Services Inc., a $500 million publicly traded diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy company. Andrew worked previously for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a global private equity firm, and the Boston Consulting Group, a leading strategy and operations consulting firm. Andrew serves on the Board of Directors of Senior Home Care, a home healthcare company, and earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Yale University.

Joe Clark
Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer

Joe serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for SCA. Prior to SCA, Joe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthMark Partners, Inc., an owner, operator and developer of ASCs and specialty hospitals, and as Chief Executive Officer of Response Oncology, a publicly traded cancer management company. Joe worked previously for Humana and American Medical International, both proprietary hospital chains, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.

Pete Clemens
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Pete serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for SCA.  Prior to SCA, Pete served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Caremark Rx, Inc., a Fortune 100 publicly traded pharmacy services company.  Prior to Caremark, Pete held various positions in corporate banking with Wachovia Bank and Regions Bank .  Pete earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Samford University and an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from The Owen School at Vanderbilt University.

Michael Rucker
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Michael serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for SCA. Prior to SCA, Michael served as a Divisional Vice President of Operations at DaVita Inc., a $6 billion publicly traded renal dialysis company, where he had responsibility for physician practice management and dialysis services. Previously, Michael served as an Associate in the healthcare group of Houlihan Lokey, a specialty investment banking firm, and also worked in public accounting as a CPA. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rich Sharff
Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Rich serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Rich was previously a partner with Birmingham-based law firm Bradley Arant Rose and White, LLP. At Bradley Arant, Rich concentrated his practice on representing clients in the healthcare industry, focusing on their needs in the regulatory and litigation areas. He has advised clients on numerous regulatory matters, such as the Stark Law, fraud and abuse issues, and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly between healthcare facilities and physicians.  Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia.
